1. Login to Online Banking and Select Memberperks Rewards under Card Services in the side menu.

2. Answer your Challenge Question and Select Continue.

3. Select the correct card number from the drop-down menu and Select Submit.

4. You will now be redirected to the redemption website where you can view your current point balance and redeem your points for cash back, gift cards, merchandise, travel, experiences, donations, and more.

Redeem Points Through the Mobile App

1. Open the Members 1st Mobile App and Select Memberperks Rewards from the menu.

2. Select the correct card number from the drop-down menu and Select Submit.

Redeem Points By Phone

1. Call (800) 854-0790 to access redeem rewards by phone where you can hear your current point balance and redeem your points for cash back, gift cards, merchandise, travel, experiences, donations, and more.
