Member accounts will not change initially. Sometime in 2026, member accounts will be transferred to the Rogue CU system. When complete, you will have the added benefit of access to new products such as interest checking, modern online and mobile banking, the ability to earn loyalty rewards and more. Members will receive detailed communications and will have help from our staff to walk you through the transition.

It is a bit early to know the details of what may change. Rest assured, Members 1st will work hard to make the transition as easy as possible and you will receive multiple communications and personal assistance if it is needed.

All existing loan, share, and deposit products will be migrated into the Rogue CU system. You will not have to do anything to transfer these services.

Yes, your loan terms, including payment amounts and due dates, do not change. It will be important to continue to pay your loans on schedule or it will negatively impact your credit history and your ability to obtain loans in the future.

No, you will not need to refinance loans. Accounts will automatically be transferred to the new system with your same loan terms and payment obligations.

Direct Deposit information should not change. If there are any changes that are required to be made, Members 1st will work with you prior to the system update in 2026.

As a true expansion of services, Members 1st and Rogue are committed to maintaining all service locations and employment for all staff.
