In 1947, Major Bill Hendricks helped children in need of a present for Christmas, gathering 5,000 toys for children in Los Angeles, CA. This marked the beginning of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program. Fast forward to today, and the Toys for Tots program serves nearly 800 U.S. communities, including Shasta and Butte County, where more than 20,000 toys were delivered to over 10,000 children last year. The local chapters deliver a message of hope to less fortunate children through a Christmas gift.

You can help by bringing a new toy or monetary donation to any of our branch locations below. Donations are accepted any time between now and December 12th. 100% of the toys and donations raised will be used to support local children in our community.
