New Members 1st Card Processor Unlocks Possibilities

In June 2023, Members 1st will begin migrating to a new card processor, enabling us to provide you with enhanced card services. We are excited about the changes ahead and look forward to providing you with outstanding financial products and services.

Timeline

6/14
This is the last day debit and credit cards will be produced with our old card processor. If you experience issues activating a new or reissued card from Members 1st, please get in touch with us at (530) 222-6060 or (800) 303-3838 so we may assist you.

6/15 – 6/29
New or reissued cards ordered between 6/15 and 6/29 will be delayed while all Members 1st cardholders are migrated over to our new card processor.

6/29 
New or reissued cards ordered between 6/15 and 6/29 will be printed and mailed to members on 6/29 for delivery within 7-10 business days.

8/1 (tentative date)
New after-hours card support goes live with 24/7 access for Members 1st cardholders.

 

FAQs

Will ATM access be impacted during the migration period? 
No, ATMs have already migrated to our new card processor.

Will there be any impact on active cards during the migration period? 
No

Will there be any impact on my ability to report fraud on my card? 
No

Will there be any impact on my ability to submit card disputes? 
No

What happens if my card was issued to me before the migration, but I don’t try to activate my card until after the migration? 
Activation via the 800 number on the card will no longer be available, and you’ll need to contact Members 1st at (530) 222-6060 or (800) 303-3838 for assistance.

Will there be any delay on new or reissued cards during or after the migration? 
There will be a 2-week delay to new and reissued cards starting June 15-29 while cardholders are migrated over to the new card processor. Delayed cards will be printed and mailed on June 29.

Will there be any impact on creating or updating card PINs? 
A new automated system will be available for creating or updating card PINs by dialing (530) 222-6060 and pressing 3 for Card Services.

Will there be any impact on mobile wallet cards during or after migration? 
No
