To dispute a transaction, call 1-800-808-6402. This connects will connect you with our card processor, FIS. To verify your identity and keep your account secure, you will be asked to verify information, along with details regarding the transaction(s). Once the claim has been filed, you can expect to see a provisional credit to your account within 3 business days. The merchant then has 45 days to respond to the claim. In the event that a merchant responds with documents, you will be asked to provide a rebuttal in writing to proceed with the dispute.
