When do I receive my member statements?

Active member accounts are defined as accounts with any activity within the last 12 months. Active member accounts receive statements monthly. Inactive member accounts receive statements quarterly. Members signed up for eStatements receive email notice of the availability of their most recent statement within Online Banking. Members who are not signed up for eStatements will receive a physical statement to their residency.
