Protect your purchases from the unexpected

You’ve made the ultimate purchase and have received notification that your package was delivered, but when you get home you notice your package is missing from your porch. If you bought the item with your eligible Members 1st credit card, you may be covered with Purchase Protection. Purchase Protection can replace or reimburse the item up to $1,000 maximum per claim and $10,000 maximum per cardholder in the event the item is stolen from your porch or delivery location within the first 90 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility and Coverage

Purchase Protection guards against the theft of eligible items of personal property purchased with your Members 1st credit card within the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. In the event of theft, this benefit reimburses you up to the total purchase price of your item for a maximum of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per claim and ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) per cardholder. You are eligible for this benefit if you are the cardholder of an eligible card issued in the United States and you purchase either a portion or the entire cost of the item using Members 1st credit card. Purchases made outside the United States and gifts purchased for others may also be covered if they are purchased with your Members 1st credit card.

HOW TO FILE A CLAIM

Go to cardbenefitservices.com or call the Benefit Administrator at 1-800-628-8472 with questions or to file a claim within 60 days of the theft. Return your signed and completed claim form with all documentation within ninety (90) days of the date of theft. Certain terms, conditions, and exclusions apply. In order for coverage to apply, you must use your covered account to secure transactions.
